Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘the customer’ refers to the person, persons or organisation that purchased any product from Just or Baby as determined by the email receipt sent to the purchaser from DNM Pty Ltd or Just for Baby
Please carefully read the terms and conditions that are detailed below as this forms the basis of the sale agreement between you and Just for Baby when you purchase goods from our website. If you proceed with your purchase you are acknowledging that you have read these terms and conditions of sale and that you acknowledge that your purchase from us is subject to these terms and conditions. Please note that from time to time, these terms and conditions may change. We therefore recommend that you review these terms and conditions on a regular basis to identify any changes that may affect you.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) All prices on our website in include GST. The current rate of GST is 10%. This rate may change in the future and will be based on Australian legislation. The prices indicated for products exclude freight and handling.
The prices that are displayed on our website at any point in time are only current at that particular point in time and we reserve the right to alter our prices at anytime without prior notice. When price changes do occur, they will be automatically updated on the website.

All prices on the Just for Baby website include GST.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders are delivered by an independent courier company, with an accompanying consignment note that will need to be signed to accept delivery. Only sign the consignment note if the cartons of the goods delivered have not been damaged in any way and only if the total quantity of the cartons on the consignment note has been delivered. If the delivery is damaged or the full number of packages has not been delivered, please note the issues on the consignment note.
In addition, please e-mail us as soon as possible advising us of the details. If this procedure is not followed and the consignment note is signed without making these notes, you are acknowledging that the entire delivery is correct and in perfect condition.
If no one is present to accept the delivery, the delivery driver will leave a delivery card in your mailbox or at your door, noting that they have attempted to deliver the goods. This delivery card will have all the contact details for the delivery company and you will need to contact the delivery company to arrange a suitable time for a second delivery. If Australia Post delivers your items you will be required to collect your goods from your local post office.
Any additional costs for a second delivery will be incurred by you.
Incorrect Goods Supplied
Orders are delivered by an independent courier company. If we supply you with an incorrect product, we will supply you with the correct product once the incorrect product has been returned. In the event of a wrong product being supplied, you must inform us via email within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Just for Baby will pay the freight cost incurred.
Products Damaged in Transit
Orders are delivered by an independent courier company. If goods are damaged in transit, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods by e-mail. We will supply the customer with a replacement product once the damaged product has been returned. Just for Baby will pay the freight cost incurred.
Products Lost in Transit
Orders are delivered by an independent courier company. These couriers will use their best endeavours to deliver you products within 7 days of dispatch. If after 7 days from your purchase date your order has not been delivered, the customer will need to contact us by e-mail. We will immediately contact the courier company and trace your consignment.
If you believe any product(s) supplied by us to be faulty as a result in a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. The product(s) should then be returned to Just for Baby. The assessment of whether a product is faulty lies solely with Just for Baby. If Just for Baby assesses the returned product(s) to be faulty, a replacement product will be supplied and the cost of the replacement product and Just for Baby will pay the freight cost incurred. If Just for Baby assesses the product to NOT be faulty, the original product will be returned to the customer and the customer will incur the freight cost.
Any Co-Sleeper® or extension leg set sold by Just for Baby comes with a 1 year warranty and excludes claims for any normal wear and tear. A Just for Baby receipt is required for proof of purchase. The warranty begins from date of invoice. Cost of freight for the returned product for repair, will be the responsibility of the customer, to and from Just for Baby.
